TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR CARS
I. Category of "Street"
Generally
They are all mass produced passenger vehicles, which are authorized for operation on the ground communications. The racer must submit the technical identification card or certificate of vehicle registration for the technical inspection. The vehicle does not need sport vehicle licence.
2. Dimensions and Weights
Dimensions
Dimensions of the vehicle must be identical with the data listed in the technical identification card of the vehicle. There are allowed aerodynamic elements, which are approved for use on the ground communications.
Weight
The minimum weight of the vehicle is given by data in the technical identification card with a tolerance 5%. This weight must be kept during the course of the race.
3. Engine
Generally
It is possible to use only the mass-produced engine for a given type of vehicle registered in the technical identification card and there is allowed its arbitrary adaptation. In case of the engine adaptation, this must be incorporated in the technical identification card however the location of the engine must retain the same. Installation of water injection, a mixture of water and alcohol, is permitted and it is not considered as a supercharging.
Capacity
The engine capacity must remain in accordance with the data in the technical identification card.
Supercharging
Engine power adjustment by supplementing of any type of supercharging is permitted.
3.3.1 Engine supercharging "Nitro"
Supercharging system "Nitro" is allowed.
Exhaust system, catalytic converter
Modification in the exhaust system is allowed, whereas the location and end of the exhaust system must be identical to the mass-produce design.
3.4.1 Catalytic converter is not mandatory.
Cooler
Additional cooling of the intercooler using CO2, water, and ice is allowed.
Fuel System
Fuel tank
The fuel tank must be mass-produce design without any modifications.
Fuel pump
Any fuel pumps are permitted.
Fuel distribution
The fuel distribution system must be mass-produce design, fuel pressure governor can be changed.
Fuel
It is allowed to use only fuel commonly available at filling stations.
Electrical System
5.1 Battery
Any battery can be used.
Main battery isolator
Main battery isolator is not mandatory.
Lighting
Must be approved for operation on the ground communication.
Control unit
Any control unit can be used.
Gears Transmission
Clutch
Any type.
Gearbox
Mass-produce design with the possibility to adapt transmissions and number of gears.
6.3 Differential
Any type.
Connecting shafts
Any type.
Suspension
7.1 Front axle
Mass-produced design with the possible adaptation approved for operation on the ground communication.
7.2 Rear axle
Mass-produced design with the possible adaptation approved for operation on the ground communication.
Wheels
Any type of wheels can be used, which are covered by a splash-board at the top view.
The wheels intended only to reach the parking or some similar area are prohibited.
Tires
Tires must be approved for operation on the ground communication with "E" marking and with the minimum depth of tread 1.6 mm. It is also allowed to use the tires with the US homologation and ET Street marking.
Spare wheel
It is not mandatory.
8.3 Support wheels with a frame
The use is permitted in all classes.
9. Brake System
Generally
Brake system must be of the double-circuit design.
10. Space for Crew
Interior
The vehicle must have the same number of seating positions as specified in the technical identification card, protective and insulating parts of the interior must remain fitted, except the rear plate for 3dv and 5dv cars. All security elements that are specified for traffic on the ground communication must remain mounted on the vehicle.
10.1.1 Container for “Nitro”
Containers for “Nitro” system can be placed in the space for the crew, however they must be secured by at least two metal strips. All parts of the "Nitro" equipment must be fireproof. Plastic pipeline is prohibited.
Protective cage
It is not mandatory.
Seats
Seat of the driver and co-driver can be replaced by a sport seat with integrated headrest, where the fastening may not have a provisional character (it is approved by the technical inspector during the vehicle acceptance test).
Safety belts
Safety belts are mandatory. It is possible to exchange them for sport multipoint ones.
Fire fighting system, manual fire extinguishers
Fire fighting system is not mandatory, but it is recommended to have a fire extinguisher within easy reach of the driver.
11. Bodywork
Material
Is it permitted to lighten the bodywork by exchange of one of the metal part. The bodywork of the vehicle must be compact. No part of the bodywork must be missing (bonnet, bumper...).
Windows
Windows must be mass-production type, in a state as they were fitted by manufacturer. All windows must be during the race closed. Driving with an open roof for the vehicles "cabrio" is prohibited, if this roof is a lockable type.
Towing eyes
Mass-produced towing eye for towing of an immobile vehicle must be available and functional.
Aerodynamic Elements
Any elements approved for operation on the ground communication are permitted.
Permitted Changes and Additions
Everything what does not follows these regulations, is prohibited.
II. Category "Profi"
Generally
These vehicles are designed for the automobile sport. The vehicle does not need neither technical certificate of registration nor ID card of sport vehicle.
2. Dimensions and Weights
Dimensions
The maximum width of the vehicle is 2m.
Weights
Any.
3. Engine
Generally

4. Fuel System
4.1 Fuel tank
Fuel tank must be from the mass-produced vehicle, without modification and any visible signs of damage. A safety fuel tank located inside the vehicle and secured against leakage of fuel at vehicle overturn can also be used. Venting of this fuel tank must not lead into the space for the crew.
4.1.2 The Cap of the fuel tank is arbitrary, which, however, must not be in excess of the bodywork and must not allow leakage of fuel.
4.2 Fuel pumps
Fuel pumps can be of any type.
Fuel distribution
Fuel distribution system may not be mass-produce design.
Fuel
It is allowed to use any fuel.
5. Electrical System
Battery
Any battery can be used. This battery can be arbitrarily located in the vehicle, but it must be ensured.
Main battery isolator
Main battery isolator is not mandatory.
Lighting
It is not mandatory.
Control unit
Any control unit can be used
6. Gears Transmission
Any type.
Clutch
Any type.
Gearbox
Any type.
6.3 Differential
Any type.
6.4 Connecting shafts
Any types.
7. Suspension
7.1 Front axle
Any type.
7.2 Rear axle
Any type.
Wheels
Tires
Tires of the type Slick are permitted without restriction.
Wheels
It is allowed to use any type of wheels and washers between the wheel and the hub. The wheels intended only to reach the parking or some similar area are prohibited.
8.3 Support wheels with a frame
The use is permitted in all classes.
Brake System
9.1 Generally
Brake system must be of the double-circuit design. It is allowed to use braking parachute.
10. Space for the Crew
Definition
Space for crew in vehicle is bounded by the internal surfaces of floors, roofs, doors, and partition wall separating the engine space. Any pipeline leading in this area must be effectively covered, so as to avoid leakage of liquids into the space for the crew. The engine must be separated from the space for the crew by the fixed partition wall.
In case of the engine location into the space for the crew there must be:
a) secured sufficient space for the driver, who must not be limited in the movements and control of the vehicle.
b) a cover separating the space for the crew from the engine, gearbox, connecting shafts / chains and the like, must be of sufficient strength to prevent penetration of these parts into the space for the crew.
the chain transmission, if any, must be separated from the space of the crew by a separate cover made of steel sheet with a thickness of min. 2 mm
Container for “Nitro”
Containers for “Nitro” system can be placed in the space for the crew, however they must be secured by at least two metal strips. All parts of the "Nitro" equipment must be fireproof. Plastic pipeline is prohibited.
10.2 Protective cage
It is not mandatory.
10.3 Seats
The seat of driver can be replaced by a sport seat. All others seats can be dismantled.
10.4 Safety belts
Safety belts are mandatory. It is possible to exchange them for sport multipoint ones.
10.5 Fire fighting system, manual fire extinguishers
Fire fighting system is not mandatory, but it is recommended to have a fire extinguisher within easy reach of the driver.
Bodywork
Is it permitted to lighten the bodywork by exchange of the metal parts for plastic ones, but the vehicle silhouette must be retain the same.
11.1 Windows
All side and rear glass can be replaced by material of splinter-proof polycarbonate type.
11.1.1 Inner doors and ceiling lining
It is possible to remove this.
12. Aerodynamic Elements
Any elements are permitted.
